The house is surrounded by large decks, so that you will always find somewhere outdoors to be comfortable. Watch the sunset, try to spot a school of dolphins, or listen to the birdlife.
A short track (5-8 minutes) takes you to your own private beach. Here you can swim, disturbed only by the occasional jumping fish or interested gannet. The water in this bay is warmer than the open sea - a great plus for some.
Boat launching is possible from the end of Te Wahapu road. At low tide you can take a very nice walk to Toretore Island from here as well.
At night you can hear Kiwi, Morepork and the lapping of the water on the beach below...

- A hammock to laze under the trees and overlook the bay and another one on the deck.
